HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FOOT

Place your foot firmly on the ground. Using a ruler, measure from the back of the heel to the top of your big toe. Measuring from the inside of your foot will give the most accurate measurement.

Returns

Eligibility Window:
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Faulty or Damaged Items:
